Project inquiries.
The contact form asks for your name, email, project description, selected service and consent to a response. Company and budget are optional. We use these details to assess and respond to the inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment information or confidential customer records.
Storage and delivery.
Inquiries are stored in the website API’s database and delivered by email. The configured retention period for inquiry records is 90 days. Email copies and records associated with an active business relationship may follow a different retention schedule. Hosting and email delivery providers process the information needed to operate those services, potentially outside Québec or Canada.
Website requests and cookies.
This implementation does not include advertising trackers, analytics or nonessential cookies. Hosting services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. The inquiry API uses temporary request counters to limit abuse and does not store the IP address with the inquiry.
Your choices.
You can contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of inquiry information, or to withdraw permission for further contact. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable retention obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
